We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform hair styling, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Execute hair threading techniques with precision and care.
- Apply eyelash extensions using safe and effective methods.
- Utilize straight razor techniques for haircuts as needed.
- Sanitate all tools and workspaces in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through retail sales and product demos to enhance client experience.
- Maintain accurate records using salon software for appointments, services rendered, and client preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless salon experience for all clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology, including med spa treatments such as botulinum toxin applications.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Cosmetologist or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with salon software systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service best practices is beneficial.
- Experience with med spa treatments is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential.
