Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. This multifaceted role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, from food preparation to cooking and maintaining cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must have a positive attitude. Must be available nights and weekends. Typical shift 4p-9p or 12p-9p.

Sunday 11:30am-8:30pm
Monday 12-9
Tuesday 12-9
Wednesday closed
Thursday 4-9
Friday 12-9
Saturday 12-9
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food trailer, including washing dishes and deep cleaning hood vents, grill, flattop, etc.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Follow proper food safety protocols, including temperature checks and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work every area of the business. demonstrates confidence to work solo when needed. Ability to provide exceptional service to guests.
Skills
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience required.
- Culinary experience with proficient knife skills is highly valued.
- Ability to prepare meals efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Puts care into how the food looks and tastes.
- Knowledge of catering practices is beneficial.

Base Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
