We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Associate Warehouse Shipping Clerk / Customer Support Representative to join our women’s apparel e-commerce warehouse team.
This is a part-time-only position focused on light warehouse duties, order fulfillment, inventory management, returns processing, and occasional customer support by phone and email. Employee performance will be measured using clearly defined key performance indicators (KPIs), including order accuracy, productivity, shipping timeliness, inventory accuracy, and attendance.
Responsibilities
- Pick, fold, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Print and attach shipping labels and postage
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Assist with receiving and organizing clothing and fashion jewelry inventory
- Prepare and ship Amazon FBA inventory
- Track inventory and maintain accurate stock records
- Help conduct inventory counts and identify discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace
- Provide occasional customer support by phone and email
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
- Complete assigned tasks while meeting established productivity and accuracy standards
Performance Expectations
Performance will be evaluated using KPIs such as:
- Order and packing accuracy
- Number of orders or units processed
- On-time shipment completion
- Return-processing speed and accuracy
- Inventory accuracy
- Customer response quality and timeliness
- Attendance, punctuality, and reliability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, inventory, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills and familiarity with pounds, kilograms, and other common measurements
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, inventory systems, and shipping software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required
Please note: This is light warehouse work. No forklifts or heavy machinery are used in this position. This position is part-time only.
