Our Catholic school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to serve students in Kindergarten through Grade 12. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who will foster a love of music while supporting the spiritual, academic, and personal growth of our students in a faith-filled learning environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan and deliver engaging music instruction for students in Kindergarten through Grade 12.
- Teach music appreciation, vocal music, and age-appropriate instrumental skills.
- Prepare students for school concerts, liturgies, and special events.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate music into the life and mission of the school.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom that encourages creativity, confidence, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field (teaching certification preferred or as required).
- Experience teaching students across multiple grade levels is an asset.
- Strong vocal and/or instrumental skills.
- Ability to support and uphold the mission and values of Catholic education.
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
