Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Skilled Nursing unit at Mercyhealth in Janesville, Wisconsin. The RN will provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet each patient's individualized needs.
Requirements
- Current, active Wisconsin RN License
- BLS/BCLS certification
- Education verification required
- Skilled Nursing/SNF experience preferred
- Epic experience preferred
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays according to the rotation
- Must be flexible to float to other inpatient units based on census
