Key Responsibilities:
- ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
- Process, compile and post customer payments
- Manage petty cash & reconcile the cash box
- Prepare deposit(s) for the bank
- Daily review of accounts for collection calls/email/letters
- Review & manage account holds
- Send out customer invoices & statements
- Complete billing error credits
- Process customer applications
- Handle customer account setup & maintenance
- CITY DESK (Inside Sales/CSR)
- Answer incoming calls with a smile
- Have a thorough understanding of the products we stock
- Enter orders, quotes and returns that come in via phone, walk-in, e-mail & fax
- Handle customer questions and concerns

- Full-time: Mon-Thurs 7:30-4:30 & Fri 7:30-2:00
