We are seeking caring, dependable, and experienced Certified Caregivers to join our growing team.
Position Summary
We are looking for experienced caregivers who are passionate about providing exceptional in-home care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, professional, and committed to treating every client with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical).
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
- Accompany clients to appointments and community outings as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate daily care documentation.
- Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or equivalent caregiver certification.
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
