Pay: $18.16/hr
Shift: Friday – Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring, compassionate, and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Hopewell, NJ. This position is ideal for someone with medical experience who can provide both residential support and clinical insight to help residents thrive.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living skills including cooking, housekeeping, shopping, budgeting, healthy routines, personal care, and hygiene
Provide clinical support as needed based on your LPN experience, including medication administration and monitoring resident health
Promote social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement
Mentor residents in developing independence and building friendships
Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment for all residents
Collaborate with management to implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Consent to state and federal criminal background checks
Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD
Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training
