Fratantoni is looking for a job foreman to run Luxury Home projects in Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, and Paradise valley.
We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our Team in the Scottsdale office location.
Position Summary
- Complete projects and goals in a timely manner
- Perform onsite observations and meet with clients regularly
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management experience with strong confidence in their work when meeting clients. Need someone who is comfortable speaking to clients and all trades not shy.
- Proficient in reading blueprints
- Knowledge of meeting with city inspectors
- Applicant must have the ability to work under pressure and with time-sensitive matters
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours per week: 50 to 60
Salary: TBD - Based on Experience
Location: Beautiful Luxury Office in Scottsdale, Arizona' but mainly to be on site
