Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site position. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for inventory control, shipping and receiving, material handling, warehouse organization, and coordination with production, procurement, and field operations teams. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency are a must.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper documentation in ERP or inventory systems
- Coordinate material flow to support manufacturing schedules and field service operations
- Supervise warehouse personnel and assign daily tasks and priorities
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly inspected, documented, and processed
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse and yard areas
- Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to monitor inventory levels and material availability
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and industry regulations
- Assist with packaging and staging of combustion equipment, skids, piping, and components for shipment
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost
- Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience supervising warehouse personnel preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures
- Familiarity with industrial parts, piping, valves, fittings, and fabrication materials preferred
- Ability to read packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Material and inventory control activities and processes
- Shipping & receiving activities and processes
- Material handling, loading/unloading/rigging, packing procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Data entry skills
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- 3-4 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing, industrial, or oil & gas environments

- The employee is occasionally required to sit.
- Reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The ability to move and adjust positions frequently. This includes lowering and raising self from floor, kneel for short periods of time, or climb to heights of less than 4’ from grade position, on various surfaces.
- Occasional heavy lifting (40+ lbs.) can be expected. Lifting greater weights occasional, with the use of proper lifting equipment.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and shop conditions
