Local family run manufacturing company is seeking an experienced
sewing machine operator. This position offers challening custom projects in an
environment where creative thinking is encouraged. There is upward mobility within the
company.
Daily Tasks include but are not limited to:
Sewing on Double Needle, Single Needle, Surger and Walking Foot Machines
Fabricating parts from drawings, blueprints & free hand fitting
Making new patterns
Interpreting existing patterns to produce finished product
Cutting and sewing of various fabrics including Vinyl and Canvas
Ability to measure, assemble and sew raw fabric pieces into a finished product.

Accomplished Sewing and Cutting Skills

Ability to Bend, Stoop, and Stand for Extended Periods of Time
Clear Communication Skills
Basic Math and Measurement Skills
