What We’re Looking For
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience
- GM candidates must have prior GM experience in a high-volume environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Strong understanding of labor management, food & beverage cost control, and P&L oversight
- A hands-on leadership style — not office managers
- High standards for service execution and guest satisfaction
- Availability for nights and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations with a strong floor presence
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing team
- Drive sales while maintaining cost controls
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency
- Maintain brand standards and accountability
- Ensure smooth, high-level execution during peak service
