Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, professional campaign representative. In this role, you will be supporting client campaigns by sharing and presenting information, increasing brand awareness, and helping create an overall positive image of our brands to their potential customers.
Our campaign representatives serve as brand ambassadors for our clients, helping to communicate campaign messages in a clear, professional, and welcoming manner. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people; somebody who wants to be part of a supportive team while developing more effective leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Represent client campaigns in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer basic questions and direct individuals to the appropriate resources.
- Share clear and accurate information about client programs and services.
- Help create an informative and positive experience for people who are either interested, or just learning about our campaign.
- Gather basic feedback from the community in order to further improve outreach.
- Communicate any campaign updates, feedback, or potential new ideas to team leads and managers.

- Experience working in team environments

- Any prior experience in customer service, hospitality, marketing, or leadership roles
