Honey Day Coffee + Kitchen is approaching brunch with a touch of Korean flavor—an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a fast casual dining environment.
We are seeking friendly and professional, hospitality-driven Servers, who excel in customer service and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their dining experience, from greeting and seating to order taking, running food and drinks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers promptly with a welcoming attitude
- Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely and professional manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Clear and reset tables for the next guests
- Handle guest payments using POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Uphold restaurant standards and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Prior experience as a server
- Weekend Availability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Develop a working knowledge of our Food and Drink Menu
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Food Handler Certification, a plus
- Fluency in another language is a plus
Shifts:
- Morning to mid-afternoon
- 8am to 1pm/2pm
- 10am/11am to 4pm
