This is a high-activity, performance-driven recruiting role focused on filling positions in construction, manufacturing, and skilled trades.

Compensation & Earnings
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)
- Weekly commission + performance bonuses
- Typical earnings: $65,000 – $85,000+
- Top performers: $90K+
- Hitting annual quota: $100K+ total compensation

What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for industrial and skilled trades roles
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to source and qualify candidates
- Work on 15–25 open requisitions at a time
- Build pipelines through cold calling, referrals, and database mining
- Screen candidates for experience, reliability, and fit
- Manage offers and close placements
- Maintain CRM activity and hit weekly KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable in a high-volume, outbound call environment
- Background in sales, recruiting, or performance-based roles preferred
- Experience in commission-based or high-activity roles (D2D, gym sales, etc.) strongly valued
- Former athletes or highly competitive individuals preferred
- Strong work ethic, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain urgency throughout the day

- Ability to manage multiple priorities across 15–25 active roles
