In this role, you'll work with local businesses and their employees to educate them about available supplemental benefit options, guide them through enrollments, and provide ongoing support after coverage begins. Whether you're beginning your career or looking for a new opportunity, we provide the training and resources needed to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Meet with employees to explain available supplemental benefit options.
- Guide employees through benefit enrollments and policy updates.
- Build lasting relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and employees.
- Conduct benefit reviews and answer questions regarding available coverage.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
- Assist clients with policy changes, claims support, and general service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Contribute to business growth through outstanding service and relationship building.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member.
- Customer service, sales, insurance, healthcare, or benefits experience is helpful but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation
$1,000–$3,000 per week
Compensation is performance-based and includes opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
