About the Position
Buckshot General Contracting is a growing roofing and exterior restoration company seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator.
This position will serve as the primary administrative contact for our Charleston office while also providing accounting and administrative support for Buckshot's growing operations across multiple locations.
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people just as much as they enjoy staying organized. If you're detail-oriented, friendly on the phone, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Scheduling (Charleston)
- Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally.
- Schedule customer appointments.
- Communicate with homeowners regarding appointments and general questions.
- Accurately enter customer information into company software.
Accounting & Administrative Support (Multiple Locations)
- Enter financial information into QuickBooks.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Process payroll through our payroll platform (training provided).
- Maintain accurate customer and financial records.
- Support administrative needs across multiple Buckshot locations.
- Assist leadership with general administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
- Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Friendly, professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Experience with AccuLynx is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
