Marine Systems Technicians – Thomaston and Camden
Lyman-Morse is seeking Marine Systems/Mechanical Technicians for our Thomaston and Camden locations. Looking for people with experience in all phases of plumbing, refrigeration, mechanical and electrical systems as well as diesel and gas engines. ABYC certification a plus. Five or more years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning, repairing, and maintaining all parts of the boats and yachts
- Repairing and installing outboard and inboard engines
- Troubleshooting electrical systems and marine electronics
- Carrying out oil and other fluid changes
- Performing plumbing and water system repairs
- Executing seasonal commissioning and decommissioning
- Consulting with project manager on best practices for high quality workmanship
Schedule
- Four 9 -hour days with a half day every Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
