Overview of Main Responsibilities
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for full service banquet events.
- Polish flatware and glassware to remove all visible water spots and ensure cleanliness.
- Maintain a clean restroom, back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events.
- Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events.
- Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Maintain sense of urgency when on the service floor.
- Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Complete other assigned duties when necessary.
- Practice Teamwork and Clean as you go policies.
- Follow Health and Safety practices at all times.
- Mandatory attendance for monthly departmental meetings.

Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably as a server.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable with walking, standing, or bending for long durations.
- Food Handler’s Card.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a yearning to please clients and their guests.
