We are hiring licensed Residential Service Electricians who want to earn more, work independently, and get paid for what they produce.
Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Locations:
We assign you to a territory near where you live so you are not wasting time driving across the state.
Central Iowa: Des Moines and surrounding communities
Eastern Iowa: Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, surrounding areas
Kansas City, Missouri: KC and northern Missouri
Compensation
Typical earnings: $70,000 to $120,000+
PLUS Commission: 5 percent of monthly gross sales
Top performers earn significantly more
Multiple pay options available:
- Straight hourly

- Earn base salary of $60K to $80K
- Monthly bonuses of $1,750 to $4,000 with NO CAP
What You Will Do
- Run 1–4 residential service calls per day within your local territory
- Diagnose issues and present solutions on site
- Complete repairs, upgrades, and rewires
- Close and complete work in a single visit
- Work primarily in residential homes with occasional light commercial
- No repetitive job sites. No waiting on other trades. No income ceiling.
