We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, self-employed cleaning professionals. (This is a 1099 contract position.)

B Clean Housekeeping is a local, woman-owned business committed to providing luxury cleaning experiences.
We are looking for reliable cleaners who want consistent jobs.
Cleaners are able to make their own schedule and get paid by the job, not the hour.
Experience is not necessary. An initial training/probationary period is required.
Pay is commission based.
Responsibilities:
-Cleaning residential houses. Our company provides deep cleans, recurring cleans, move in/out cleans, and short term rental cleans (AirBNB).
-Punctual arrival and efficient cleaning, abiding by the checklist provided
-Clock in/out of each job and upload before/after photos as requested
Requirements:
1. Your own equipment (vacuum, mop, supplies, etc.) upon completion of training.
2. Reliable transportation to and from cleans.
3. A smart phone and ability to use booking app.
4. Able to pass a criminal background check.
5. Authorized to work in the US.
6. Willing to get General Liability Insurance.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Commission at 40% during probationary period with raise to 50% immediately following
