GREE Comfort Solutions, LLC is seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven HVAC Outside Sales Representative to join an exceptional and rapidly growing organization. This position will play a critical role in GREE's expansion throughout the Southeastern market, with a primary focus on the greater Miami area.
This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for an established HVAC professional with deep industry relationships and a proven history of developing business with distributors, contractors, dealers, and other key industry partners. The ideal candidate is already well connected within the Miami HVAC market and understands the competitive landscape, buying behaviors, and channel dynamics.
As one of GREE's first sales representatives in the region, you will have the unique opportunity to help build the market from the ground up. You will be responsible for identifying new distribution opportunities, expanding contractor engagement, increasing brand awareness, and serving as a trusted technical and business resource to customers. Success in this role requires a self-starter who thrives with autonomy, enjoys opening doors, and has a passion for growing market share through relationship-based selling.
This position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor role, providing the flexibility and entrepreneurial freedom that many experienced sales professionals value. Compensation includes a $50,000 annual base plus an attractive 6% commission on qualified sales, creating significant earning potential for high performers. As GREE continues its rapid growth in the U.S. market, this position also offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time W-2 employee role in the future, with expanded responsibilities and benefits as the organization grows.
