Business Development Manager – Restoration Industry

Jarvis Restoration is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Business Development Manager to generate new business and expand our referral network throughout Orange County.
This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for a proven self-starter who already has an established network of relationships and referral sources and can begin generating opportunities quickly.
The ideal candidate is well connected with plumbing companies, HVAC companies, property managers, HOAs, insurance professionals, commercial property owners, facilities managers, and other professionals who regularly encounter water damage, mold, fire, or restoration needs.
What We're Looking For
- Established book of business and referral relationships in Orange County
- Proven business development or outside sales experience
- Restoration, plumbing, HVAC, property management, insurance, construction, or related industry experience strongly preferred
- Ability to generate new water damage and restoration opportunities
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Minimal supervision required
- Comfortable developing their own sales strategy and daily schedule
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent follow-up and communication
- Ability to turn relationships into consistent referral business
- Goal-oriented and accountable for measurable results
Responsibilities
- Develop new referral relationships throughout Orange County
- Grow business from existing professional relationships
- Meet with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, HOAs, insurance professionals, and other referral partners
- Identify and pursue new commercial and residential restoration opportunities
- Attend networking events, association meetings, lunches, and industry events
- Maintain consistent communication with referral partners
- Track leads, referrals, meetings, and results
- Work with our marketing and operations teams to ensure referral partners receive excellent service
- Consistently generate new water mitigation, mold, fire, and reconstruction opportunities
Who Will Succeed in This Position
You already know the market. You have relationships. You know how to get in front of decision-makers and don't need someone telling you who to call or where to go every day.
We want someone who is entrepreneurial, competitive, organized, and motivated by results. You will have significant freedom to develop your territory, but with that freedom comes accountability for producing new business.
We are an established Orange County restoration company providing water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration, contents services, and reconstruction.
We have the technicians, equipment, administrative support, and infrastructure to handle significant referral volume. We are looking for the right Business Development professional to help us continue expanding.
Compensation
Performance-based commission/bonuses
Experience and an established referral network will be major factors in compensation.
