Job Summary
High West Saloon is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team! These roles are ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience while adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations.
- Sanitate work areas, tools, and equipment regularly to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Operate the Toast POS system for order entry and payment processing.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages.
- Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar culinary environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills, including retail math, to accurately process transactions.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
