REQ# 2004: Network Engineer - Cisco Routers, Switches, and Firewalls, and F5 Networks – Alexandria, VA
Individual will illustrate expertise in the areas of network engineering. Individual will be a senior network engineer on the project and implement network engineering services for the client. In addition, individual will guide other ICAM technical staff in the areas of installation, configuration and administration of Cisco, F5, and related products.
Primary Job Duties:
- Plan installation, configuration, and testing of network infrastructure
- Implement and document network engineering solutions in accordance with customer requirements
- Write and execute test plans
Qualifications:
- Cisco Routers and Switching – CCNA Preferred
- Routing Protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
- Hardware: Cisco 2750, 3550, 49xx, 28XX, 38xx, 65xx, 75xx, 10000, 12000, CRS1, ACE, MARS, etc
- Knowledge of F5 platform (hardware, software including iRule development)
- Unix Systems Administration: 5 years
- BS in Computer Science or related field
