B Home Care is seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver to serve as a Lead Caregiver. This is a full-time position with guaranteed hours, leadership responsibilities, and opportunities for career growth.
As a Lead Caregiver, you'll provide exceptional care while serving as a trusted resource for clients, caregivers, and our office team. You'll help ensure new clients receive a smooth start to services, assist with urgent staffing needs, and set the standard for compassionate, reliable care.

Required availability: Saturday - Wednesday

Must be available for on-call coverage during scheduled workdays

Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance

Cover urgent and last-minute caregiver call-offs when needed

Start care with new clients and help ensure a successful transition

Build trusting relationships with clients and their families

Provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
-
Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to the office

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff
-
Represent B Home Care by providing dependable, compassionate, high-quality care
-
At least 3 years of professional caregiving experience
-
Experience in home care, senior care, personal care, CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), or a related role
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Dependable with excellent attendance

Comfortable adapting to changing schedules and urgent staffing needs

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Current auto insurance
-
Ability to pass a background check
