FLWR Dispensary is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support the daily operations of our growing cannabis dispensary in Towson, Maryland. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting product flow from receiving to sale, and contributing to an efficient and organized back-of-house operation.

Maintain accurate inventory records across all product categories, including flower, concentrates, edibles, vapes, pre-rolls, topicals, and accessories.

Perform daily inventory audits, cycle counts, and full inventory reconciliations.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and accurately.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential shortages, overstocks, or inventory concerns to management.

Receive, verify, and process incoming deliveries in accordance with company procedures and Maryland cannabis regulations.

Ensure all products are properly labeled, tagged, stickered, stored, and entered into inventory systems.

Coordinate product transfers, returns, quarantines, and destructions as required.

Maintain strict compliance with all Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) regulations and company policies.

Accurately track product movement and inventory transactions within METRC and POS systems.

Assist with state audits, internal audits, and compliance inspections.

Stay informed on regulatory updates and operational best practices.

Maintain an organized, clean, and audit-ready vault environment.

Ensure products are stored securely and according to company standards.

Support inventory organization initiatives that improve operational efficiency and product accessibility.

Generate inventory reports and provide insights on product movement, shrinkage, discrepancies, and sales trends.

Assist management with forecasting inventory needs and optimizing stock levels.

Track and communicate aging inventory and product expiration concerns.

Work closely with management, budtenders, and reception staff to ensure sales floor inventory remains properly stocked.

Support new product launches, promotions, and inventory-related projects.

Assist with inventory training and reinforce company inventory procedures.

Identify and report inventory variances, compliance concerns, and operational inefficiencies.

Adhere to all security protocols regarding cannabis inventory handling.

Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and operational excellence.

Minimum of 2 years of cannabis inventory experience in a licensed, regulated cannabis facility.

Working knowledge of METRC, inventory auditing, reconciliation, and cannabis compliance requirements.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy.

Proficiency with inventory management systems, POS platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment.

Experience in a high-volume dispensary environment.

Previous leadership, inventory coordination, or warehouse experience.
