Outside Warehouse Associate
Duties:
- Show up on time and load customers with forklift
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain warehouse equipment
- Perform picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders
- Unload flatbeds cautiously with forklift
- Operate cherry pickers, bobcats, and other heavy equipment for material handling
- Stock and organize products in designated areas
- Pull orders for delivery
- Mus be able to lift 75 pounds
Skills:
- Strong ability to connect with customers and provide the best customer service
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining warehouse equipment
- Proficiency in using a warehouse management system for inventory management
- Experience in picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders
- Ability to fabricate materials as needed for production purposes
- Skilled in operating cherry pickers and other heavy equipment for material handling
- Knowledge of stock organization and product placement within a warehouse setting
- Capable of packaging products efficiently for shipment or storage purposes
- Proficient in using order pickers to retrieve items from high shelves or racks
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for pulling stone orders and loading customers. Some orders require material to be loaded by hand. You'll need to gain product knowledge of flagstone, lueders, cementious products and decorative rock.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Bilingual is preferred but not required.
