Acute Care Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Skilled Nursing Facilities – Boston, MA Area
We are seeking a dedicated Acute Care Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team providing high-quality care in skilled nursing facilities throughout the Boston area.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends or holidays

Patient Population:
- Skilled nursing and post-acute care patients
- Ventilator-dependent patients
- Tracheostomy (trach) patients
- Dialysis patients
Qualifications:
- Current Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Active Massachusetts NP license
- DEA registration (or eligible)
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
