Position Title: Dealer Representative
Department: Consumer Loans
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, In office three days a week, two days remote (8:30a-5:00p)
Sign on bonus: $1,500.00 sign on bonus available for full-time employment. Eligibility for the bonus is $500 after successful completion of onboarding/training to be paid with two months of service, and $1,000 after 6 months of continued full-time satisfactory service.

The Indirect Funding Specialist provides operational, reporting and dealer support. Serves as support to dealerships with managing the indirect funding workflow, resolving issues, and ensuring effective communication. Supports indirect lending oversight, training, and research initiatives while performing quality control on consumer loan maintenance for both direct and indirect portfolios.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Serve as a dealer relationship specialist, providing support to dealers and internal teams, including MSS and Greylock staff. Manage the indirect funding log and collaborate with dealerships to resolve problem loans and ensure successful completion of the funding process. Oversee MSS communications with dealers to ensure responsiveness and that dealership needs are effectively met.

Provide administrative support to the lending team through audit exams. Manage the review, generation, and processing of recurring reports for NCUA reporting and Board reporting.

Perform quality control reviews on consumer loan maintenance activities, including both indirect and direct funding, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Communicate regularly with dealership partners to ensure they have current rate sheets, updated documentation, and clear understanding of procedural changes and rate promotions implemented by Greylock.

Process Adverse Action Letters and Consumer Audit Letters in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal compliance guidelines.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: Two plus years in Indirect Funding knowledge.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and customer service skills.
Technical/Other Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with core banking systems and transaction processing tools.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for supply coordination or document handling. Regular use of a computer and office equipment.
Work Environment:
Office-based with a consistent schedule. Involves collaboration with other departments and handling of sensitive member data.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this role is $22.45 to $29.19. This is the salary range we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may pay more than the posted range for exceptionally qualified individuals. An employee’s pay position within the pay band will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience (job and life), skills (specific and transferable), seniority, performance, and business organizational needs. This range may also be modified in the future.
