Legal Receptionist — Entry Level | Estate Planning Probate
Are you detail-oriented, client-focused, and ready to build a real career in law? DuPont Law Group is hiring a Legal Receptionist to join our Estate Planning Probate team. This is an entry-level role with a structured growth path — we promote from within and celebrate the advancement of every team member.
What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first voice clients hear — answering inbound calls with professionalism and warmth

Conduct outbound client follow-up to confirm appointments and gather required documentation

Assemble estate planning document binders for client meetings

Attend initial client meetings and capture detailed notes for the legal team

Enter client data into WealthCounsel with 98%+ accuracy

Scan and upload executed documents into Everplans per confidentiality protocols

Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred but not required

Level Two: Draft estate planning documents, obtain Notary certification, lead execution meetings, manage client workflows in Pipedrive CRM

Level Three: Conduct client intake and conversion, perform advanced document drafting, handle complex client matters, and collaborate directly with attorneys
Compensation:
$13 - $15 hourly
