Couch Potatoes Furniture is Austin’s most innovative local furniture brand, blending a love for people, craftsmanship, and comfort. We’re looking for dynamic, design-focused sales professionals who are ready to deliver next-level service—on the floor, in the home, and everywhere in between.
What You’ll Do
- Build deep, lasting relationships with customers and help them create beautiful, functional spaces.
- Confidently close sales and write orders with accuracy.
- Use your creative eye to recommend colors, fabrics, and layouts that fit lifestyle and budget.
- Stay ahead of trends and attend vendor trainings and demos to expand your design and product knowledge.
- Leverage technology (video calls, digital room planning tools, chat, AI) to serve customers anywhere.
- Present financing options, protection plans, and promotions with confidence.
- Work flexible schedules, including weekends and events, to meet customer needs.(ideally 3 weekdays and weekends on the clock)

- Passion for design and interiors, with a creative and stylish eye.
- Highly driven to meet and exceed goals
- Friendly, outgoing personality and a love for helping people.
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and excited to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Professional appearance and confident communication skills
