Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:

Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities

Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Execute monthly close processes and meet strict reporting deadlines

Investigate and resolve variances, providing actionable insights

Partner with operational leaders to support financial performance
Qualifications for the Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)

3–5+ years of accounting experience with financial reporting exposure

Strong reconciliation and month-end close experience

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
