This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, keeping shelves and coolers organized, and helping guests in a fast-paced retail environment.
In this position, you’ll stock merchandise, rotate product, maintain clean and organized displays, and support daily store operations while delivering friendly, attentive service. We’re looking for team members who can balance task execution with hospitality and help keep the store looking its best for every guest.

Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to company standards
Keep products faced, organized, labeled, and easy for guests to shop
Rotate merchandise using FIFO practices to support freshness
Replenish high-traffic areas to avoid out-of-stock conditions
Assist with merchandising resets, promotional displays, and seasonal product changes
Help receive, unpack, and place delivered merchandise in the correct locations
Report low stock, damaged items, mis-shipments, or product discrepancies to leadership
Maintain clean shelves, cooler doors, displays, and work areas throughout the shift
Remove trash, cardboard, and packaging from sales floor and backroom areas
Respond quickly to spills, clutter, and product issues that may affect the guest experience
Greet guests, offer assistance, and help direct them to products or other store areas
Work cooperatively with Kitchen, Maintenance, Inventory, and other departments to support smooth store operations
Follow safety procedures when stocking, lifting, cleaning, and handling products
High school diploma or GED preferred
Retail, stocking, merchandising, grocery, convenience store, or customer service experience is helpful
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Ability to use sound judgment and follow standard procedures
Basic computer knowledge is helpful
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Stand and walk for extended periods
Use hands and arms regularly for stocking and handling products
Reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb as needed
Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds
