Email & SMS Account Strategist (Klaviyo | E-commerce Focus)
Remote | Starting at Part-Time → Full-Time Opportunity | 1099 Contractor
Boutique Bestie Solutions is growing and we’re looking for an Email & SMS Account Strategist who doesn’t need hand-holding, constant direction, or daily check-ins.
This is not an entry-level role.
We are hiring someone who already knows what they’re doing, understands e-commerce marketing, and can step in and execute at a high level from day one.
About This Role
You will be responsible for managing email and SMS marketing for boutique and e-commerce brands using Klaviyo.
This role starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time quickly based on performance and capacity.
You will:
- Own your accounts
- Communicate with clients (within our systems)
- Execute strategy, design, and deployment
- Deliver high-quality work without needing revisions
If you need constant feedback, step-by-step instructions, or heavy oversight—this will not be a fit.
Compensation
- $15 per email deliverable (first 2 weeks during onboarding)
- $20 per email deliverable after onboarding
- Most email builds take 45 minutes or less (we provide templates and systems)
- SMS compensation structured separately (discussed during hiring)
- 1099 contractor position
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Building and scheduling email campaigns in Klaviyo
- Writing and designing emails that align with each brand’s voice and aesthetic
- Executing SMS campaigns where applicable
- Managing client communication through our internal systems
- Maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables
- Completing monthly performance reports using our reporting framework
- Meeting deadlines consistently without reminders
- Managing your time, workload, and deliverables independently
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
- Proven experience in Klaviyo (this is required)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, especially boutiques and lifestyle brands
- Ability to write, design, and build emails without revision
- Strong eye for branding, layout, and conversion-focused design
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients at once
- Comfortable working as a fully autonomous contractor
- Strong time management and personal accountability
