House Person
The House Person is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of public and back-of-house areas at Dorado Beach. This role supports the housekeeping team by ensuring that common areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and team members.
Essential duties:
Clean and sanitize public areas including restrooms, stairwells, elevators, and hallways.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing and back-of-house spaces.
Assist the housekeeping team with operational needs to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Ensure supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Follow safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Job Requirements
Valid Puerto Rico Drivers License
1 year of relevant housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to identify issues and resolve problems efficiently.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Working Conditions:
