Avant Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide in-home care for a client in Auburn, GA.
Schedule:
- Monday – Sunday
- This is a 5-hour split shift between 8:30 AM–11:30 AM and 3:00 PM–5:00 PM.
Scheduling can be adjusted to accommodate your availability during these timeframes. However, applicants must be able to commit to a consistent schedule and maintain reliable attendance once it is established.

Responsibilities
As a Personal Care Aide, you will help our client remain safe and independent in their home by providing assistance with:
- Personal hygiene, bed bathing
- Transferring
- Meal and snack preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Self-administered medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Errands
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Aide, Home Health Aide, or similar role preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping and meal preparation
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and assist clients safely
- Compassionate, dependable, respectful, and ethical
- Ability to pass a background check and meet hiring requirements
