We’re looking for a motivated, personable individual who enjoys working with people and building relationships in the community.
2–3 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
As an Insurance Agent with Goosehead Insurance, you’ll have access to 40+ top-rated insurance carriers, including Progressive, GEICO, Nationwide, Allstate, Liberty Mutual, and more. This allows you to offer clients a variety of options and help them find the right combination of coverage and price for their individual and family needs.
What You'll Do:
- Build relationships and develop your network within the local community
- Communicate with current and prospective clients
- Shop multiple carriers to find competitive coverage options for home, auto, flood, and umbrella insurance.
- Educate clients on their insurance options and help them make informed decisions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work toward individual and agency goals
- Provide an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable meeting and talking with people
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
