Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Vaccination Crew team member in Oakwood.
SHIFT HOURS: Monday approximately 5:00am-3:00pm and Tuesday through Friday approximately 6:30am-3:00pm.
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $19.35 with the potential of increasing to $21.30 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company approval)
All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

Setting up and tearing down of vaccinating equipment

Retrieving birds
-
Using proper techniques for subcutaneous, tail and wing injections.

Caring for ill birds per veterinary and manager guidance while maintaining proper records

Must be 18 years of age

Ability to lift up to 70 pounds from ground to chest level repeatedly

Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
