We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist & HR Generalist (Contract) to join our team. You must speak Spanish. Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently using various payroll systems such as Gusto.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure data integrity across all HR systems.
- Handle confidential information with integrity while managing payroll data entry, employee inquiries, and documentation processes.
- Assist with HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, time & attendance tracking, and employee record management.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Gusto payroll systems
- Must speak Spanish
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly while managing large volumes of data entry and analysis tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform account reconciliation and analyze financial data accurately.
