Kids Choice Early Childhood Education Center is a locally owned and operated childcare center committed to providing high-quality care and education. As a nationally accredited early childhood program, we uphold high standards for quality, safety, curriculum and teacher development. Our team is made up of caring, dependable educators who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with children and families. We care for children aged 0-10 years old in eight separate age-appropriate classrooms. Available Hours:
Monday through Friday
1:00-6:30PM OR 3:00–6:30 (hours can be flexible according to your school schedule)
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers while guiding children through classroom activities and daily routines
- Actively engage and play with children
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play
- Greet and interact with parents in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Communicate professionally with co-workers, children, and families
- Work as a team to clean and sanitize the center as well as your assigned classroom
Job requirements: (All background checks and certifications are paid for by Kids Choice upon hire)
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Pass a Criminal History Unit background check and Juvenile background check
- Obtain Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification
- Become a member of IdahoSTARS and complete professional development trainings
