Morales Padia Law is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our growing team. This position is part-time to start, with the expectation of transitioning to full-time within the next few months as our newest attorney builds their caseload.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and can manage family law matters with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, and trial
- Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
- Manage deadlines, court settings, and case progression
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of family law litigation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Texas family law paralegal experience
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple cases and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Clio is a plus, but not required
Schedule
This position is part-time initially, with the schedule open for discussion. We are flexible and happy to work with the right candidate. Our goal is to transition this position to full-time as our new attorney's caseload grows.
