Alto Health Care Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to pediatric patients in Dayton, OH. If you're passionate about working with children and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor vital signs, document patient progress, and assist with procedures.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the healthcare team to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout their care journey.
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio LPN license
- Pediatrics experience
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the last 5 years
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
