Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Handyman to join our property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our residential and commercial properties by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Handle small electrical tasks such as wiring, installing fixtures, and using tools to diagnose circuit problems.
- Execute residential cosmetic repairs to enhance property appearance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed using our programs.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance or related fields.
- Basic electrical experience including wiring and troubleshooting with tools like ohmmeters.
- Ability to perform residential general handyman tasks efficiently.
- Previous supervising or leadership experience in maintenance teams is preferred. You must be self motivated and stay on task.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.
