Bless My Mind Therapy Services is seeking a licensed, compassionate, and dependable Physical Therapist (PT) to join our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team.
We provide individualized therapy services for children and families in Miami-Dade County. Services are delivered in our clinic, patients’ homes, and school-based settings. Our clinic is located at 7900 NW 155th Street, Suite 205, Miami Lakes, FL 33016.

Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric physical therapy evaluations, re-evaluations, progress reports, and discharge planning.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on each child’s functional needs and therapy goals.
- Provide direct physical therapy services in clinic, home, and school-based settings throughout Miami-Dade County.
- Monitor patient progress and modify intervention plans as clinically appropriate.
- Complete accurate and timely evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, plans of care, and other required documentation.
- Collaborate with parents/caregivers, teachers, physicians, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide clinical supervision for up to two Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with applicable Florida requirements, payer rules, professional standards, and company policies.
- Maintain an active Florida PT license, professional liability insurance, and all required compliance and credentialing documentation.
- Follow HIPAA, patient-safety, documentation, ethical-practice, and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license.
- Pediatric physical therapy experience preferred.
- Experience in clinic-based, home-based, outpatient, early-intervention, or school-based pediatric therapy preferred.
- Prior PTA-supervision experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned Miami-Dade County service areas.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, time-management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to complete required background screening and payer credentialing requirements.
- Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Creole preferred.
Compensation and schedule
- $55–$70 per completed patient visit, based on experience, service type, service location, travel needs, and qualifications.
