Assistant Manager – Crumbl
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Assistant Manager to support daily operations at Crumbl Cookies. This role helps lead the team, ensure smooth store operations, and deliver the exceptional customer experience Crumbl is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing
- Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Oversee inventory, dough prep flow, and product presentation
- Support staff training, scheduling, and team development
- Handle cash management, POS operations, and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and company standards
Requirements:
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
