What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be the first impression and trusted resource our guests rely on throughout their stay. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and checking in guests with professionalism and warmth
- Assisting with reservations and guest requests
- Recommending local dining, attractions, and activities
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments
- Assisting with guest luggage and special deliveries
- Addressing basic technology and maintenance concerns
- Helping ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Knowledge of the Camden, Rockport, and Rockland area is a plus
- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
