Our company, based in San Antonio, TX, is hiring for a Event Representative Community Outreach to support nonprofit campaigns and community outreach through in-person outreach and fundraising efforts. As an Event Representative, you will represent well-known charitable organizations, engage directly with the public, and help drive awareness and fundraising through face-to-face interactions at events and outreach locations. This is an entry level opportunity with full training provided. No prior experience is required, just strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others. Many candidates begin in this entry level role and quickly grow into leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities of the Event Representative:
- Represent nonprofit partners in person as an Event Representative at events and community outreach campaigns
- Engage with community members to share information and promote awareness initiatives
- Drive fundraising by encouraging donations and long-term support
- Deliver clear, compelling messaging about charitable programs and impact
- Build positive relationships with the public through professional communication
- Assist with campaign setup, coordination, and daily fundraising goals
- Work collaboratively with the Event Representative team to meet outreach and fundraising targets
- Track engagement and support overall campaign success as an Event Representative
