- Commission average is $200 to $500+ biweekly for top performers
- Monthly bonus average is $100 to $3,000 after exceeding revenue attainment for top performers.

- Make outbound marketing calls to potential customers
- Effectively communicate the value of our products and services
- Set qualified appointments for our design consultants
- Follow scripts and rebuttals while keeping conversations authentic
- Maintain consistent attendance and contribute to the team atmosphere
