About the Opportunity
Gwen Mireille Salon & Spa is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced stylist who wants more than just a place to do hair.
We’re looking for someone who loves this industry, is committed to continuing their education, values being part of a team, and wants to build a sustainable career in a supportive salon environment.
An existing clientele is preferred, but we also understand that the right stylist may be rebuilding, relocating, or simply ready for a change. We care about what you’ve built AND where you want to go next.

Who We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
- Hold an active Massachusetts cosmetology license
- Have professional salon experience
- Have an existing clientele or established client relationships
- Are committed to continuing education
- Take pride in your consultations and guest experience
- Communicate professionally, with transparency and kindness with both guests and teammates
- Are reliable and accountable
- Want to contribute to a team rather than simply rent space within one
